Position: International Business Developer

The Business Developer will be a member of the global Business Development team supporting and
helping with:
New business development:
o Origination of investors;
o Key account management of financiers including lenders, institutional and strategic
investors;
o Market intelligence.

Structuring and commercialization of Sowitec’s renewable energy projects:
o Optimization of the projects according to road-to-market and regulations;
o Elaboration of business plans and financial models for the projects;
o Optimization of the M&A structuration;
o Preparation and follow-up of due diligence of the projects;
o Negotiations of acquisitions of the projects: co-development agreements or jointventures,
strategic alliances for Power-to-X, sale of equity stakes in the Wind & Solar Projects special purpose companies (including negotiations and execution of share
purchase agreements and shareholder agreements);
o Negotiation and execution of subcontracts to complete the development of the projects;

Organization and governance:
o Development and improvement of internal processes;
o Development and maintenance of project databases according to SOWITEC Group
standards;
o Coordination with each country, including local development as well as administrative
teams;
o Coordination with support teams based in central office in Germany, especially with the
Resource Development Department, Asset Managers and Group Accounting.
